Ciprian took over a sports facility, Voința, which was in ruins. He made significant investments and manage to brought it to international standards, resulting in the present “Năstase&Marica Sports Club” (1 million euros in the base infrastructure, 1.5 million euros in the Ilie Nastase tennis arenas, and 1.5 million euros in a football stadium with a capacity of 1500 seats, along with 2 covered mini football fields).
